The Infectious Diseases Society of America and HIV Medicine Association released a new resource for clinicians and public health officials, COVID 19: Special Considerations for People Living with HIV. The document includes best practices on care and treatment, social distancing, routine office visits, prescription drug refills, HIV viral load monitoring, and diagnostic testing. The resource will continue to be updated as more information becomes available.
