NAPHSIS: Systems & Interoperability Workshop (Northeastern/Southern Regional)
October 8 - November 9
NAPHSIS is bringing something new to our meeting schedule this year by combining a topic specific event with regional meetings. There is currently great interest in the systems that collect and share vital event data and how to connect those systems for efficiency. NAPHSIS will host two events on systems and interoperability with participation from members, vendors, corporate partners, and data users, in conjunction with a half-day region meeting for NAPHSIS members.
Sessions for the systems and interoperability portion include:
- The future of vital record systems
- Preparing for system upgrades
- Data sharing policies and practices
- Round table discussions
Regional meetings are a great opportunity for members to learn from each other. The meeting will take place in Baltimore, MD. Agendas will be developed by members for the half-day meeting and will be shared soon. Please see the At-A-Glance Agenda for the schedule and more details.
