Facebook Live Series: Improving Public Health Messaging Using Modern Technology (Part 2)

Join UCHAPS for a Facebook Live series on how national campaigns can improve public health messaging using modern technology to reach priority populations. In this session, Earl Fowlkes Jr., the CEO and President of The Center for Black Equity, the Chair of the Washington, DC Office of Human Rights, and the Chair of the DNC LGBTQ Caucus, will discuss using technology to reach the LGBTQ community.
Following each session, participants will be able to:
- Identify barriers to working collaboratively with community leaders to increase effective messaging for desired populations
- Create steps to overcome identified barriers and create action plans for effective engagement; and
Better understand community needs and expectations of national campaigns.
