Climate and Health Science Symposium: Climate in All Health Policies

March 12

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is celebrating the Climate and Health Program’s 10-year anniversary by hosting a day-long science symposium titled, “Climate in all Health Policies.” The seminar will take place on March 12, 2020, at CDC’s headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

The purpose of the symposium is to (1) emphasize the importance of the health impacts of climate change; (2) discuss how cross-sector policies and adaptation planning can help reduce climate-related health risks in communities; and (3) highlight Climate and Health Program activities to expand both research and action on climate and health issues.
