CDC Teleconference Series: Zoonoses & One Health Updates (ZOHU)
August 2 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s One Health Office is now hosting a monthly Zoonoses & One Health Updates (ZOHU) Call. The conference call and webinar occurs the first Wednesday of every month from 2-3pm ET, except January and July.
Participants represent more than 1,000 public health and animal health officials, epidemiologists, veterinarians, physicians, nurses, and other public health practitioners at the federal, state, and local levels as well as professionals from non-governmental organizations, industry, and academia. Every presentation is given by human, animal, and/or environmental health experts, which means local health department staff are welcome to request to be a presenter. Additionally, all participants receive a monthly newsletter with the latest One Health news and resources.
To join the ZOHU Call, send an email with your name and affiliation to ZOHUcall@cdc.gov. To receive CDC’s One Health updates, visit cdc.gov/onehealth and enter your email address in the “Get Email Updates” box at the bottom of the web page.
