2017 Environmental Public Health Tracking Virtual Conference

The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)/Environmental Health Tracking Branch (Tracking Branch) is hosting a free virtual conference on April 5-6, 2017. Conference attendees will gain greater awareness about the environment’s role in chronic diseases; increase knowledge on the value and usage of the National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network; and find out about collaboration opportunities between the chronic disease community and the Tracking Network. The virtual conference will also serve as a venue for collaboration between state leaders, decision makers and practitioners working in environmental health and chronic disease prevention.
