May 18 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Join the Integrated HIV/AIDS Planning Technical Assistance Center (IHAP TAC), for “Putting Plans into Action: Roles and Responsibilities for Implementing Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plans.” The webinar will help Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part A and Part B recipients and CDC-funded HIV prevention programs explore approaches to establish roles, responsibilities, and structures for implementing the five-year Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plans submitted to CDC and HRSA in September 2016.
EGM Consulting, in collaboration with the IHAP TAC, will present a flexible process for exploring options and assigning roles and responsibilities. Best practices from several jurisdictions for successful collaboration between RWHAP Part A and Part B recipients and CDC HIV prevention partners will be shared. The webinar is designed for RWHAP recipients, RWHAP program managers and staff; CDC HIV prevention program staff engaged in planning activities; and HIV planning council and planning body members responsible for implementing and monitoring the Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plans.
