A Guide to Establishing Syringe Services Programs in Rural, At-Risk Areas

Developed with a grant from Comer Family Foundation, this guidebook provides information to individuals seeking to establish syringe services programs in rural, at-risk areas. Drawing on current research, the guidebook contains practical information to help communities take necessary steps to develop an evidence based response to growing rates of injection drug use in some areas of the country.
