The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) redesigned its Education Resource Library, which now includes nearly 300 publications and videos covering food safety, nutrition, cosmetic safety, dietary supplements, and industry information, including food defense.
The Education Resource Library catalog makes CFSAN’s public health education resources more accessible for anyone looking for science-based food safety, nutrition, and cosmetic safety information for professional or personal reasons. All materials are available for download, and some offer the option to order copies.
