The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of HIV/AIDS and Infectious Disease Policy has launched the Partner Planning Guide (Guide) for the National Viral Hepatitis Action Plan 2017-2020 (Action Plan). This strategic planning resource is designed for use by individuals, groups, and organizations that are conducting strategic programs and providing services to prevent, diagnose, and treat hepatitis B (HBV) and/or hepatitis C (HCV).
The Guide can help you, your agency, or organization to assess local needs, strengths, and existing activities as well as plan new actions that align with the Action Plan and contribute toward reaching our national viral hepatitis goals. It can be used in conjunction with existing strategic plans to identify shared priorities and goals as well as opportunities for alignment and leveraging of capacities and resources to improve the programs that serve individuals and communities in need.
