The Salt Lake County Board of Health has amended the “Health Regulation #5: Food Sanitarian: to require all food workers in an establishment to be vaccinated for hepatitis A if anyone in the establishment has been in contact with someone infected with hepatitis. The Salt Lake area has had at least 181 people sickened with hepatitis A recently. Learn more here.
