The Minnesota Integrated Food Safety Centers of Excellence has launched a new case study in their Outbreak Investigation Case Series. The new case study is entitled: Salmonella I 4,[5],12:i:- Outbreak Associated with Coleslaw at a Single Restaurant, 2015. The case study highlights the use of transaction records as alternative controls when traditional control groups such as meal comparisons or credit card receipts are insufficient. Learn more here.
