AIDS United, in partnership with the Fenway Institute and through funding by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), is pleased to announce the opportunity for grant support through the Using Evidence-Informed Interventions to Improve Health Outcomes among People Living with HIV initiative!
Through this initiative, up to 24 intervention sites will receive awards of up to $170,000 per year to support the development and implementation of interventions in four focus areas:
- Improving HIV health outcomes for transgender women;
- Improving HIV health outcomes for Black men who have sex with men (MSM);
- Integrating behavioral health with primary medical care for people living with HIV/AIDS; and
- Identifying and addressing trauma among people living with HIV/AIDS.
