Funding Opportunity: RWHAP Part C HIV Early Intervention Services

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has released a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part C HIV Early Intervention Services (EIS) Program: New Geographic Service Areas.

The purpose of this program (HRSA-18-092) is to provide comprehensive primary health care and support services in an outpatient setting for low income, uninsured and underserved people living with HIV (PLWH). This opportunity is open to current RWHAP Part C EIS recipients and new organizations proposing to provide RWHAP Part C EIS funded services in new geographic service areas as described by the applicant.

Please remember:

  • All applications are due on January 2, 2018 by 11:59 pm Eastern Time in gov.
  • Newly proposed service areas must not geographically overlap with existing service areas as defined in Appendix B of HRSA-18-001, HRSA-18-004, and HRSA-18-005 available on the TARGET Center: https://careacttarget.org/library/HRSA-18-092
