CDC’s National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (NCEZID) released the 2017 edition of Innovations to Stop Infections, a brochure that highlights the innovative work within NCEZID and serves as an update to the 2015 edition. From new technology that combats antibiotic resistance and ensures food safety to newly developed tests for dangerous diseases such as rabies, smallpox and Seoul virus, NCEZID’s scientists remain on the cutting edge in addressing dangerous health threats to Americans at home and abroad.
