On October 17, 2017, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) announced approximately $2.36 billion in Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grants were awarded to cities, counties, states, and local community-based organizations in fiscal year (FY) 2017. This funding supports a comprehensive system of HIV primary medical care, medications, and essential support services to low-income people living with HIV in the United States. More than half a million people living with HIV in the U.S. receive services through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program each year.
