The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released the Food Safety Plan Builder (FSPB). FSPB is a a tool designed to assist owners/operators of food facilities with the development of food safety plans that are specific to their facilities and meet the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation (21 CFR Part 117).
