The Kaiser Family Foundation recently released an issue brief on “Coverage and Care Pathways for People with HIV: A New Baseline.” The new baseline provides a snapshot of access to care for people with HIV today and serves as marker for gauging changes going forward. It also reflects coverage gains associated with the Affordable Care Act’s expansions, as well as access through traditional insurance pathways and the Ryan White program.
