The Conference for Food Protection (CFP) is seeking feedback from food safety professionals on how their organizations evaluate Clean In Place (CIP) equipment. CFP is interested in gathering insight from representatives across the public and private sector, including food safety staff in government agencies, academia, the food industry and consumer organizations. This effort is a part of CFP’s recently formed CIP Committee, created to assess cleaning and sanitation processes for food equipment. Local health department staff specializing in food safety as well as partners at the state and national level are highly encouraged to provide their feedback by completing this survey no later than June 30, 2017.
