On March 31, 2017, 160 associates graduated from the Public Health Associate Program (PHAP), a competitive, two-year, paid training program with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. PHAP associates are assigned to public health agencies and nongovernmental organizations in the United States and U.S. territories to work alongside other professionals across a variety of public health settings. This experience equips the associates for a smooth transition into public health work at the state and local levels.
Check out the 2017 PHAP Resume Book, which includes resumes of the 2017 graduates interested in employment with state or local health departments, or non-governmental organizations.
