The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin recently released the 2017 County Health Rankings, which measure vital health factors in nearly every county in the United States. Local health departments are encouraged to view their county rankings as well as explore the Roadmaps to Health to view resources and strategies for creating health communities. There is also a 2017 County Health Rankings Key Findings Report that provides an overview of the annual data.
