Food Protection and Defense Institute: 2017 Student Competition

The Food Protection and Defense Institute is hosting a competition for graduate and upper-lever undergraduate students with a chance to win up $5,000 in cash. Students teams of four to five individuals representing at least three different programs of study are eligible to enter. Participating teams must work together to identify and assess food supply-chains challenges related to food defense and provide relevant applications and recommendations based on their selected projects. Three winning entries will receive cash prizes.
