On July 30, the White House Office of National HIV/AIDS Policy released its update to the National HIV/AIDS Strategy that details principles and priorities to guide work in the United States to address HIV through 2020. This update includes key priorities such as widespread HIV testing and linkage to care, support for people living with HIV to remain in care, universal HIV suppression, full access to comprehensive pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services, and a renewed focus on the groups most disproportionately affected by the epidemic.
