Reflections from the 2016 National PrEP Summit: A Federal Perspective

The 2016 National HIV PrEP Summit, hosted by the National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC), brought together a diverse group of 600 individuals including community members, healthcare providers, researchers, industry partners, health department staff, and federal partners. Following the conference, Nathan Fecik, Public Health Advisor for the Office of HIV/AIDS and Infectious Disease Policy in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, reflected on his experience and highlighted new federal actions discussed.
