Dr. Adriene Griffen and Shannon Haworth, Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD)’s public health team members, recently presented their work on including people with disabilities into public health workforce competencies at the 2016 Southwest Conference on Disability. The purpose of the competencies are to provide information on the relationship between public health programs and health outcomes among people with disabilities.
