NACCHO is collaborating with the Colorado Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence (CoE) to develop a just-in-time training targeted to environmental health professionals conducting environmental assessments for foodborne illness outbreaks. The resource will be a succinct, online, and “on-the-go” training for EH professionals to refresh their skills on key components and tasks for conducting an environmental assessments.
NACCHO is seeking the assistance of its local partners to collect manuals, guidebooks, and/or resources used by their agency when conducting environmental assessments. These materials will help inform the outline and content development for the training.
