NACCHO, in collaboration with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted research and developed new reports to learn more about scoring, grading, and placarding systems used by domestic retail food regulatory programs. These report provides case studies on the retail food establishment process and grading, scoring, and placarding systems used by Louisville Metro Public Health Wellness, Monmouth County Health Department, New Jersey Department of Health, Southern Nevada Health District, and Kern County Public Health Services Department.
