On September 21, 2016, the United Nations (UN) will be holding a High Level Meeting on Antimicrobial Resistance at the UN headquarters in New York City. This meeting presents a great opportunity for world leaders to convene to address this problem in a coordinated manner across the globe. To help demonstrate strong public enthusiasm for this activity, the Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA) is circulating this public petition for all interested individuals to sign. If you’re committed to combating antimicrobial resistance, please sign the petition and encourage all of your colleagues, members, volunteers, friends, family, and neighbors to do the same. Anyone can sign and the goal is to secure as many signatures as possible. Thanks in advance for your consideration!
