The University of Washington’s Healthy Aging Rehabilitation Research Training Center (RRTC) released a new fact sheet titled, How to Do a Lot with a Little: Managing Your Energy – Aging Well with a Physical Disability. Through this new resource, RRTC aims to increase awareness about the added risks associated with fatigue for older adults, especially those with a physical disability. Additionally, the fact sheet details how to best approach the potential challenges this population may face as a result of fatigue. The main topics cover the following questions:

- What are different types of fatigue?
- How can fatigue affect the daily life of older adults with disabilities?
- What can older adults with disabilities do to reduce fatigue?
