End Hep C SF: A Collective Impact Initiative to Eliminate Hepatitis C

The San Francisco Department of Public Health recently launched End Hep C SF, a multi-sector collective impact initiative working to eliminate hepatitis C in San Francisco. Combining evidence-based practices, community wisdom, and the creative leveraging of resources, the initiative is striving toward hepatitis C elimination in San Francisco.
