The Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) is seeking representatives from local health departments to present on the benefits of receiving a kitchen manager certification for an upcoming webinar. This webinar will take place the third week of July as a part of the Center for Disease Prevention and Control’s Winnable Battles initiative, especially in light of some the new changes to the FDA code on kitchen manager certification. Interested individuals will need to prepare a fifteen minute presentation providing their local perspective on kitchen manager certifications. Please contact Amy Chang if you would like to volunteer as a presenter.
