The National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) is seeking information about disaster epidemiology courses for a multi-year collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Health Studies Branch, to develop a standardized, modular-based applied disaster epidemiology curriculum. Health departments will be able to use the modules to bolster their preparedness and response training. Currently, NEHA is in the process of conducting an environmental scan of existing available disaster epidemiology graduate level courses and materials. Please contact Elizabeth Landeen by June 24, 2016 if you are currently teaching, enrolled or are aware of such classes with any relevant course details and materials and/or if you are interested in serving as a curriculum content reviewer.
