The Future of Children, a joint initiative between Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and the Brookings Institution, recently released the latest issue of their biannual journal, titled Children and Climate Change. This issue identifies the adverse impacts of climate change on a child’s health and various policies that can help mitigate the predicted negative effects.
The journal features nine articles covering a multitude of topics, such as “The Science of Climate Change,” “Impacts of Natural Disasters on Children,” and “Implications of Climate Change for Children in Developing Countries.” Contributors to the journal include subject matter experts from diverse educational and research institutions, including Princeton University, University of California, the National Bureau of Economic Research, and many more.
