New Evaluation Tool for Improving Disability Inclusion

The BMC Public Health Journal recently published a study on the Community Health Inclusion Index (CHII), a new survey tool promoting disability inclusion in community health initiatives. The CHII was created to assist public health professionals and organizations to better understand the needs of and develop new initiatives for individuals with disabilities living in their communities. The study’s main findings included best practices and uses for the CHII. Find out more about the study and tool, here.
