The Partnership for Food Safety Education is accepting education session and poster abstracts for their 2017 Consumer Food Safety Education Conference, taking place January 25-27, 2017 in Washington, DC. This conference will focus on “behavior change – the heart of improving food safety practices at home and at work.” Abstracts are being accepted for the following categories: Measuring Behavior Change; Influencing Behavior Through Physical Design; Targeting At-Risk Populations; Behavior Change in the Digital Age; Motivation and Risk Perception as Keys to Behavior Change; Food Safety Education Success Stories (posters only); and Effective Communications and Awareness Campaigns (posters only).
