The Partnership for Food Safety Education is accepting education session and poster abstracts for their 2017 Consumer Food Safety Education Conference, taking place January 25-27, 2017 in Washington, DC. This conference will focus on “behavior change – the heart of improving food safety practices at home and at work.” Abstracts are being accepted for the following categories: Measuring Behavior Change; Influencing Behavior Through Physical Design; Targeting At-Risk Populations; Behavior Change in the Digital Age; Motivation and Risk Perception as Keys to Behavior Change; Food Safety Education Success Stories (posters only); and Effective Communications and Awareness Campaigns (posters only). The deadline to submit an abstract is June 5, 2016, and all accepted presenters are asked to cover costs for their registration fee and travel expenses. Click to submit your abstract today.
