April is STD Awareness Month and the 2016 theme is Talk. Test. Treat. The CDC’s Division of STD Prevention has produced a number of resources including updated fact sheets, brochures, online banners, sample social media messages, and STD testing site locators for health departments and community based organizations to use to promote STD prevention, testing, and treatment. Click here to view these resources. If your health department is doing something to raise awareness about STD prevention and treatment in April, use the hashtag #STDMonth16 and tweet @NACCHOalerts to let us know!
