Connections for Student Success, a project by CAI aimed at increasing access to sexual health services in schools and communities, produced the Referral System Implementation Kit to provide a framework for developing and implementing a referral system to connect youth to school or community-based sexual health services. This framework can also be used to establish a referral system for behavioral and other supportive services for youth. The toolkit provides information on topics such as policy, procedures, communications and marketing, and monitoring and evaluation of a referral system. Access the toolkit here.
