President Obama Releases Fiscal Year 2017 Budget Proposal: Advancing the Commitment to Reaching an AIDS-free Generation in the United States

On February 9, President Obama released his fiscal year (FY) 2017 budget request that outlines the Administration’s priorities and initiates the annual appropriations process. CDC’s National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention (NCHHSTP) received a $5 million increase in the budget proposal for the Division of Viral Hepatitis.
