2016 marks the 20th anniversary of the United States Conference on AIDS (USCA) and this year’s conference will take place September 15-18 in Hollywood, Florida. For nearly two decades, USCA has sought to increase the strength and diversity of the community-based response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic through education, training, new partnerships, collaboration, and networking. This year, USCA will work to highlight the changes in the movement that have made ending the epidemic more feasible and ways to move forward as a community to make this dream a reality. USCA 2016 will have all new conference tracks which include Race, Biomedical HIV Prevention, Cis & Trans Women (focus on violence), Communication & Technology, Federal, Gay Men (focus on youth), People Living with HIV (focus on stigma and aging), Public Policy, and Structure Interventions for HIV Prevention.
