CDC’s Winter Weather Toolkit Now Live

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), between 2006 and 2010 about 6,600 U.S. residents died from exposure to excessive natural cold, hypothermia, or both. CDC has developed a communications toolkit to help residents prepare for extreme winter weather. It contains much material, including infographics, podcasts and videos. All aspects are covered from winterizing your home and getting your car ready to the avoidance and treatment of frostbite and hypothermia. The toolkit is available here.
