Through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part F Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) Program, HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) funded a national initiative to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of interventions that coordinate HIV care and treatment, housing, and employment services to improve outcomes for people with HIV.
This issue brief provides a general overview of best practices for integrating a navigation model/intervention into a clinic or services agency. It was developed as part of the HRSA HAB supported initiative, HIV, Housing, and Employment Project, coordinated by Boston University.
