Presentation topics reflected the wide range of issues affecting HIV and STD programs across the country, including staffing, evaluation, performance outcome measures, surveillance, state policy to the re-emergence of congenital syphilis, Pre-exposure Prophylaxis for HIV Prevention, and adapting programs to an ever changing world (e.g. Internet Partner Services, billing and reimbursement).
