New Locations Added to CDC’s GetTested Website

CDC’s National Prevention Information Network (NPIN) announced the expansion of the GetTested website! The website now includes thousands of organizations that offer HIV, STD, and viral hepatitis testing and/or vaccines. Expanding the list of service providers to include CVS, Wal-Mart, and Kroger in addition to free and low-cost service providers, makes it easy for users to find more testing and vaccine services nearby. Notable features to check out include:

  • The ability to only view free or low-cost service providers.
  • The ability to filter service providers by distance.
  • A new interface displaying the fee structure for all service providers.
  • A greatly expanded set of vaccine providers.

NPIN encourages public health organizations, healthcare providers, and other prevention partners to use and promote this updated tool among their patients and communities.
