The Bipartisan Policy Center is examining the role of partnerships in which public health organizations meaningfully engage the business community in addressing population health. The BPC has convened a group of multisectoral partners, including NACCHO, to guide this effort’s work. The BPC is developing a white paper that will include several case studies where local health departments have engaged in impactful collaborations with businesses in their communities.
To assist in this project, NACCHO is seeking local health departments to serve as case studies. If your health department has engaged in a successful public-private partnership, please complete this short survey (2-3 minutes) to tell us about your collaboration, and whether the BPC may follow up with you to feature your health department as one of their case studies. Also, please forward this request to any local health department you know that has successfully engaged in a public-private partnership. Go to https://bit.ly/2G8T68f to fill out this brief survey. Deadline: Thursday, February 28. Thank you for your input!
