Planning bodies working on their HIV prevention and care integrated plans can find examples of plans that are responsive to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/Health Resources and Services Administration (CDC/HRSA) Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan Guidance. This resource covers the eight areas of the guidance. Examples were compiled by the HRSA-funded Integrated HIV/AIDS Planning Technical Assistance Center (IHAP TAC), which provides technical assistance and training to support Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program jurisdictions and their planning bodies with the implementation and monitoring of their integrated plans.
