TARGET Center Relaunches as TargetHIV

Sep 12, 2018 | Kim Rodgers

The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) announced the launch of the newly rebranded and redesigned TargetHIV website, formerly known as the Technical Assistance, Guidance, Education, and Training (TARGET) Center. Thanks to your feedback, the TargetHIV website now features a modernized design and user interface, streamlined navigation, and updated technology to make it easier to find important technical assistance (TA) content. Some highlights of the new website are below:

  • The website’s name is now “TargetHIV.”
This name better communicates the website’s focus.
  • The primary URL is now https://targethiv.org.
The old links will continue to work, and will be redirect users to content automatically. However, please use the new address moving forward.
  • The design is completely updated.
New colors, fonts, and interactive widgets make the website much easier to navigate, read, react, and share.
  • The website is mobilefriendly and fully responsive.
The content will be easy to read no matter how it is being accessed.
  • TA projects have more prominence.
We have integrated new ways to feature active projects, including an In Focus rotating banner on the homepage.
  • The Resource Library is lean and up-to-date.
Approximately 1/3 of all current library resources were added in the last year.
