Aug 28, 2018 | Michelle Shapiro

Common Ground Health conducted a health impact assessment on the bike share program in Rochester, NY to analyze the impact on resident health and any barriers to access.

The HIA recommended installing new bike stations in areas with higher rates of chronic disease, as well as increasing accessibility for low-income populations by expanding membership plans and accepting new forms of payment.
