CDC Division of Oral Health is now accepting applications for a 5-year cooperative agreement, Partner Actions to Improve Oral Health Outcomes (CDC-RFA-DP18-1811). The purpose of this non-research Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to build the strength and effectiveness of state and territorial oral health programs to prevent and control oral diseases and related conditions. To accomplish this, recipients will implement priority strategies under Component 1, Component 2, or both.
Component 1 focuses on strategies providing technical assistance and capacity building resources for states, conducting state oral health program assessments, and conducting assessment and providing technical assistance to territorial oral health programs. Component 2 strategies focus on efforts to increase medical-dental integration between oral health and other chronic disease programs.
