Public Health Innovations, LLC is seeking input on the use of the wet rags and buckets used to clean and sanitize food contact and non food contact surfaces in restaurants. The data will be used for an article on the risk of improper cleaning and sanitation using this method. State and local health regulators can provide their input in this survey.
